Our Services:
These include any services offered at any of our sites. Examples are the Islamic Links Directory, Banner advertising Sponsored Links, Top 100 Islamic Websites , Islamic Port PPC affiliate Program, Muslim Free Banner Exchange, Islamic Reciprocal links and any other service we offer. We may at any time offer new services or cancel existing ones without any notification or warning to our users.

The Subscriber:
 This term is used to refer to any user, whether registered or not, of our website. It also includes all users using any of our services or visiting our pages.

The participation in specific services which Islamicport.com offers may require the user to read, understand and accept additional terms, conditions and policies. We may add new services or remove existing ones at any time, depending on the success of these services and their value to us and our visitors.
All services Islamicport.com provides, whether they are paid or free, may only be used for lawful purposes.  
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. 
The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of any of our services which damages the subscriber or any other party. We do not offer any guarantees or warranties on our services unless specifically mentioned elsewhere. The user also understand and agrees that we will not be held responsible for any problems which our services cause to their pages, websites or to any other parties. All services are offered as is, and the user is free to terminate their participation at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel, disable and/or delete any accounts for any reason and at any time.

Commercial Advertising - Email:
Sites which are involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs are not allowed to be listed in our directory or to participate in any of our services. We consider spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, disable and delete all your accounts with us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.
Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any services at our sole discretion, without prior warning. We will try our best to continue offering all services, however we offer no guarantee to this.

Responsibility:
The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of any of our services which damages the subscriber or any other party. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

Submission To Islamic Port Guidelines

• Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs.

• Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
  Example: http://www.islamicport.com and http://www.islamicport.com/index.html
   

• Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.

• Islamic Port has a policy against the inclusion of sites with illegal content, Examples of illegal material include child pornography; libel; material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that specifically advocates, solicits or abets illegal activity (such as fraud or violence).

• Islamic Port accept inclusion of non Islamic websites if site content is not anti Islamic and of value to Muslim community.

• Do not submit sites "under construction." Wait until a site is complete before submitting it. Sites that are incomplete, contain "Under Construction" notices, or contain broken graphics or links aren't good for the directory.

• Submit non-English sites to the appropriate category under Islam in other Languages

• Don't submit sites consisting largely of affiliate links.

• Don't submit your site several times.

• Select the appropriate top category and Subcategory.
